Troubleshooting: Can’t Log In with My Credentials in the LaunchKit Plugin

Problem: Chrome (and other browsers) confuse your site’s wp-admin login and the LaunchKit plugin login because they share the same domain. This causes saved credentials to overwrite each other.

Fix:

1. Go to https://wplaunchify.com/my-account/ to find or reset your WPLaunchify.com password (this is the password LaunchKit uses).
2. Once you have your correct WPLaunchify.com password:
   • In WordPress, go to Users > All Users.
   • Edit your Admin profile.
   • Change your WordPress Admin password to match your WPLaunchify.com password.
   • Click Save.

Result: One password works for both logins without browser conflicts.

Tip: If you change your WPLaunchify password, update your WordPress password to match.
