Connect Fluent Community to FluentCRM

Fluent Community and FluentCRM work together to automate onboarding, control access, and improve engagement. Follow these steps to connect them.

Step 1: Create an Automation in FluentCRM
  • Navigate to FluentCRM > Automations.
  • Click Create New Automation and choose Start from Scratch.
  • Set the trigger to User Registers in WordPress.
  • Click Save & Continue.
Step 2: Assign Tags for Community Access
  • Add a new action: Apply Tags.
  • Choose or create a tag like Community Member.
  • Click Save Settings.
Step 3: Set Up Conditional Workflows
  • Add a condition: Check if user has a specific tag.
  • If the user has Community Member, proceed to the next step.
  • If not, stop or send an alternate email.
Step 4: Trigger Access with WP Fusion
  • Add an action: WP Fusion – Apply Tag.
  • Choose the tag Community Member.
  • This will grant access based on WP Fusion settings.
  • Click Save & Close.
Step 5: Test the Automation
  • Manually add a test user in FluentCRM.
  • Ensure the Community Member tag is applied.
  • Verify that the user gains access to Fluent Community.
