Using Fluent Community Courses

Fluent Community Courses allow you to create and manage educational content within your community. This feature is great for offering structured learning experiences without needing a separate LMS plugin.


Set Up Fluent Community Courses

1. Enable Courses in Fluent Community
Navigate to Fluent Community > Settings > Features & Add-ons and enable the Courses feature.

2. Create a New Course
Go to Fluent Community > Courses and click Add New Course. Enter a title and description to outline the course’s purpose.

3. Add Course Modules and Lessons
  • Click Add Module to organize your lessons.
  • Within each module, click Add Lesson and provide lesson details, including video embeds, text content, or downloadable files.
4. Configure Course Access
Under the Access Settings tab:
  • Select whether the course is Public, Private, or Paid.
  • If using WooCommerce, tie the course to a product for monetization.

5. Save and Publish the Course
Click Save & Publish to make the course available to users.


Managing Courses & Users
  • View enrolled members under Fluent Community > Courses > Enrollments.
  • Track progress and completion rates.
  • Manually enroll or remove users if needed.

Troubleshooting Tips
  • If the course doesn’t appear, verify the feature is enabled in Fluent Community > Settings.
  • Ensure proper access settings are configured (Public, Private, or Paid).
  • If using WooCommerce, confirm the course is linked to a valid product.
